Subtly sweet pear, creamy vanilla and a hint of smokiness from wildcrafted hickory bark syrup from Virginia-based Falling Bark Farm.

Makes a sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktail when topped with elderflower tonic. Mix with vodka, amaretto and top with club soda to make a cocktail version of a frangipane tart.
