Mother Shrub - Carrot Thyme

Carrot Thyme shrub was developed for a Spring Soiree at a botanical garden. Bright sweet carrots, organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, clover honey and a hint of thyme come together in our spring Carrot Thyme shrub. 

Delicious splashed in your bubbly of choice. Serve over ice with a shot of vodka and top with Prosecco. Add to sparkling water with a squeeze of lime and sprig of mint. Make a Carrot Mary, a Carrot Mule, a Margarita or a Blood Orange Carrot Whiskey Sour.
