It is the only drink worldwide made of dealcoholized Riesling and a specially manufactured vinegar creation made of red wine vinegar, 11 herbs, freshly pressed ginger and lime. What sounds a little crazy is absolutely clever though, cause the Goodvines Riesling gives the fantastic wine characteristic and minerality, while the Rubycube vinegar creation replaces the alcohol as flavor carrier and adds a full interplay of fine, tart acidic structure with a fruity sweetness.
