Crescent Simples - Lime Jalapeño Simple Syrup

This Lime Jalapeno simple syrup is a perfectly balanced mix of smoky, spicy, tart, and sweet. It's about a 5 on a 1-10 scale of how spicy a jalapeno can be. Wonderful for cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails and soda water. It makes a killer margarita, but it also tastes great with gin, mezcal and vodka. Try it in a paloma or a gimlet for garden-y herbaceous notes!
